This was a super fun project for me and a rare change of pace from playing more technical stuff over the last few months to something a little more raw. It's also the first time using my new PRS for recording.

I wasn't going for an exact tone match here, so I decided to use one of the newer factory cabs to make things easier to share. Amp is Brit AFS100 2 with Cab 55 (one of the ML Marshall 1960 cabs).

Anyway, I'll try to post the patch I used later in the week if anyone is interested.

Thanks. I started off trying to get as close as possible, but ended up with more of an all-purpose Slash patch (my other go-to Slash patch uses the Brit Super). I think his tone on the original is just a hair too thin IMHO, especially in the more mellow first solo where he has that half-cocked wah thing going on. I bumped up the levels on the solos a little more than usual for this vid but they sit really well in a live mix.
