Simple chord suggester software?

I play by ear. I'm not familiar with keys, scales and chord names -- mainly shapes and sounds.

Does a program exist where I can input a chord via a visual fretboard, similar to a guitar tab, and have it list a bunch of chords that would sound good with it? Most programs that I've come across are too complicated and require me to learn a bunch of science. The only other option that I can think of is to hire a teacher every time I need to write a song -- annoying.

This works for me quite well:

1. chorderator.com/designer/ an interactive fretboard to figure out what chord I'm playing
2. chorderator.com type in the name of the chord to get a list of related chords

I just wish it were prettier and in a single view. Oh well (for now)
