Show Us Your AX8 Rig! (post your pics)

Damn, I made a mistake when I bought it, thought i could work with it and I can't. Anybody else a solution?
Thanks for your time
I thought youd just need to tighten up the allen bolt that sets the tension on the back of the pivot axle. Do they not fit that on the sprung version?

At last my AX8 live rig is completely finished :D:D:D
The rig is sitting on a Rockboard Pedalboard Quad 4.3

The guitar is connected wirelessly via a Shure GLXD16 system to the AX8. For more control I have connected two Expression Pedals: One EV-1 Black and one Mission Engineering SP-1-BK (which includes a Toe-Switch).
The rig can be played direct and into a guitar cabinet simultaneously. For this I additionally added the Harley Benton GPA-100 from Thomann which not only fits perfectly on the pedalboard but also has much headroom (up to 100W @8Ω) for keeping up with the drums and the rest of the band.
I am still so happy with the AX8 and won't be needing the FM3 or FM9 anytime soon for any live situation. At home my AXE-FX 3 is of course the king but for live I have never run into any issues.

And for some live action checkout this rig during the last gig with my band:

Habuman, I had a question about setting Out 2 to echo Out 1. I have already added an fx loop to the presets, and that was for the send to out 2.
if I set the out 2 to echo out 1, do I need to make any changes in the preset regarding the fx loop that I added>?

Is there a specific reason/need for the FX loop/block for output 2? Any blocks added in the FX Loop path to Out 2 volume will increase on stage but not to the FOH feed.

If you plan/prefer to use a real cab (no AX8 cab IR or FRFR) the FX loop is it.

The way I setup is a straight line from In to Out: Out 2 to set to echo Out 1 = Out 1 (main) to FOH. Out 2 (FX send) to on stage power monitor or FX Return of amp. No FX Block/Loop added to second path.

I was using a guitar with presets with 1 input that I created on the ax8.
I was sending Out 1 to FOH, and Out 2 was to frfr powered monitor.
I added the FX loop at end in the grid coming off the main signal, and a signal to Out 2.

I created another patch or preset with 2 inputs to use with a stereo guitar with passive and piezo pickups.
the FX loop block is the input for the piezo pickup. there is an eq and a delay after the fx loop.
for some reason there is no signal from the 2nd speaker (Out 2) FX send.

I thought to check on the forum for information and found your message about setting Out 2 to echo Out 1.
I changed the setting that you suggested, but change it back because it didn't do anything.

in the second preset with 2 inputs,
I hear both passive and piezo pickups, but only thru the frfr speaker connected to Out 1.
no signal is going to Out 2.
I will include some pictures of the ax8 edit screen.

If Echoing Out 1 to Out 2 no need for FX block or separate signal path.

Chapter 3 and 5 of user manual has good info on signal paths/setups. Also, if you still have all stock presets loaded go to bank 64: 64-3 and 64-6 for layout example.

thank you for that information. I looked at the manual, and seems to outline what I am trying to do...
I went back to setting the FX send out 2 to echo 1. I experimented with
the fx loop block. removed the block from the signal chain and I get a signal to Out 2, but no input from the piezo.
I put an fx loop in the main signal chain, but still could not get a signal from the piezo, and also lose the signal to the out 2.

I am trying to use a preset with 2 inputs, for passive and piezo pickups. and want to get the same signal in both
Out 1 and Out 2. and am trying to figure out where the fx loop block needs to go, and the correct settings.

Post your patch maybe someone can help. Might want to post in another thread. You might get more insight/help.
