Nice, I remember you once posted about trying the RCF310a in your local shop, did you use it, or went with the Verve at the time? I ask this because I really hate my RCF. Too scooped...

Ha, I actually owned one and sold it last week. I didn't like it as much as my FBT or the LD Systems Speaker that I am currently running.

great clip. very organic sounding to my ears. The Ultra is far from obsolete, if it sounded great last month, and today, it will still sound this great a year or two from now! My ears lack the higher (use that loosely) function of the brain and the superego that craves something newer simply because it is well: newer. The ears are like a 5 year old that tell it like it is. My ears are tickled
