setting my i/o

what are your guys settings with med output picks.i only show one led light and im hitting it hard?plus the book said push setup then button 2 well as far as i know i have done that and it will not take me to the i/o settings page.help
 
To get to I/O page:

Press Shift and then Setup. Setup page will appear with 1. Global, 2. I/O, 3. Utility.
