Sending MIDI Program Changes to H8000 from Axe-Fx 3?

What the hell am I doing wrong?

I know it has to be obvious to someone just not me.

Set up midi channel (2), can even see H8000 is getting a midi messages but can't get Eventide to receive program changes from AFX 3.

What should I be looking for, is there a block I should be using? Did read the manual but seems to be more based on midi messages going to the AFX3
 
Or you can use Control Switch midi... In the event that you want to control it independently of scene/preset changes on the Axe Fx.
