Is there any way to copy a scene to another preset? Or does anyone have any idea for a possible solution or work around.

no, because a scene is just a collection of on/off and channel settings for the blocks in the preset.

Thank you! I will give this a try, I wasn't sure if maybe I could save the scene as a template..?

You can save the whole preset to another preset slot. You can set up a preset as a template and keep copying from there for new presets. But there's no practical way to copy scenes from different presets into another single one.
