Implemented Scene leveling tool

I know that there are many details, but i wish that the FM3 could have a tool that help us to level the output of the scenes. I mean, like establishing an output level for your rhythm and lead guitars and be able to see if your preset breaks the limit.

Tools menu > Preset Leveling

Aim for the top of the Black area for a regular level, bit above to be louder, a bit below to be quieter. Adjust the handy Amp Level knob right there to set the level.

As of now, this function doesn't set Scene levels, but the Amp level is the best place to get your starting levels set.

From there, use the front panel's Layout > Zoom out function to see the same meter on hardware while you work on other blocks or Scene levels on Edit.
