Scene 3 always low volume [NOT A BUG]

When I create a preset with 3 scenes the first 2 scenes work as expected. Anything from scene 3,4,5 etc upwards is always low level and there is nothing I can do to increase. Scene 2 and 3 could be identical but the levels are completely different.
 
is the MAIN slider in the OUTPUT block something other than 0 in any Scenes? this parameter is saved per Scene. it's suggested to keep them at 0 unless you want more or less specifically per Scene.
 
Yes often in scenes 3 - 5 (I do only 5 scenes) the slider in the output block is set minus 20 just bring it back to "0".
