Acquired FM 3 yesterday ran out of CPU on “night rain” and “swirling delays” any one know how to fix this

I don't have an answer for you but I do want to point out that it might be more helpful to you if you put an FM3 question in its own sub-forum rather than on an FM9 sub-forum.

In addition, we have no idea if this is a new FM3, or used. We don’t know what was done prior to this problem, or how to reproduce the problem. As is, it is a dead-end with the little we’ve been told.

The best thing is to:

1. Move it to the appropriate sub-forum.
2. Write the exact steps that led to the problem.
3. Attach the presets to the message if they have been modified.

Without that expect a lot of questions and guessing.

of all the possible solutions, this is certainly one of them lol

Delete blocks one by one. Start with reverb and delays, pitch, plex. Then put in what you want most. Keep cpu under 80.
