Rotovibe/Unicode effect...

I was working on a demo track last night and thought "man for this lead I'd really love to have a Rotovibe effect" I was using the Bogfish Strato with the T808 drive running the last FW18 update. I tried a roto block, a chorus block with mix 100% and a phaser set to classic vibe. None got that "vibe" (pardon the pun) I was looking for.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Play with the phaser classic vibe some more. It is fantastic.

i would go with the "vibe" type in the phaser block. mess with depth and bulb bias to get that really "lumpy" rotovibe sound.

The Classic Effects preset (or the Classic Mod Effects preset, don't remember) has a great-sounding Vibe.

The Vibe setting in the phaser is super-accurate.

I liked the sound of the classic vibe but it wasn't strong enough running it before the amp.
