Roland GFC-50 Midi Controller

Anyone who used Roland GFC-50 as foot controller for axe fx 2? Im new to setting this up, im planning to buy because this is the only available in my location. Is this compatible to Axe FX 2 and where should I start in time i have this footswitch?

Based on a quick perusal of the manual I would steer clear of that one.

It can only send PC messages in addition to a couple (fixed) CC messages related to external expression pedal and switch.

So unless you pretty much only want to perform preset changes, it won't be much use.
