Repair AX8 Drive,Treble, Potentiometer/Knob?

The unit keeps changing the Drive values while I'm on the comp editing , is there anyway I can order the part and repair it myself or do I have to send it in to get repaired?

I found a nut that fits like a glove that I took off a potentiometer I use for pedals that I got from stompboxparts (model POT-200-42-A-100K) . I just measured the nut with my calipers and got Outside dimension( 9.98mm) and inside dimensions (6.35mm) .

As others have said though.. it probably works but its potentially lifting the encoder off the PCB...
