Recording routing help

Hey everyone, I’m trying to record one guitar with two outputs.

Axe Fx Ultra output and the guitar signal before it hits the amp blocks. I’m using the pitch block with the drive block for a certain effect but want to have the option of re amping with plugin amps or other real world amps.

If I run a splitter before the Axe Fx Ultra I could re amp but the recorded signal won’t have the pitch and drive blocks from the Axe Fx Ultra.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I started with Axe Fx II, so not sure this is an option... But, on Axe Fx II I would add an FXLoop block right before the Amp block in parallel. Then send Output 2 as your "dry" signal for re-amping.

Got it figured out! Panned the signal path including the amp and cab blocks from rows 2 and 3 left from using a volume block. Then the signal before the amp and cab blocks which has a pitch and drive block got an added volume block to pan the signal right on row 4.

Left side of output 1 is all effects, amps and cab blocks.

Right side of output 1 is all effects with no amps or cab blocks.

Now I can take that right side signal of output 1 and re amp it with plugin amps or real amps. Pretty useful since I don’t need to buy any signal splitters.
