Recommendation for a Cable Snake for my situation?

Hey everyone,

My band is in the works to start recording our second album. The situation I'm in is:
  • I'm renting a house with a decent sized garage. (20ft high)
  • My studio and garage are separated by a brick wall
  • There is a crawl space underneath my studio which runs to my garage (probably about 40 feet)
  • I'm looking to run a snake from my audio interface in the studio to the garage. (8 XLR inputs and 20 quarter inch outputs)
  • I have 3 Bose L1 M1 towers in the garage

Our goals
  • Record in the garage by plugging in our microphones and instruments into the snake interface
  • Be able to play back our recordings and talk back through the Bose L1 Towers to my band mates when I'm in the studio.
  • Be able to see my band mates when I'm in the studio
  • Be able to control the computer in my studio from the garage

Ideas
  • To see my band mates from the studio
    • I've got an old computer that I can hook up in the studio.
    • I can hook up a webcam to the computer and set up a remote session between the studio computer and garage studio. That way I can see them and then use the garage computer to control the studio computer.
    • Any other ideas that may be easier or better?
  • To play back our music, recordings, and talk back
    • reroute the outputs from the snake into the bose inputs.
    • Any recommendations here?

Lastly, what snake would you guys recommend? We're looking at about 300-400 dollar budget.
