Reamping : Buzz on dry track after a few minutes

Hello everyone,
I'm having trouble with reamping.
I record a dry track on my DAW and hearing the wet track through monitors.
After a few minutes, my dry track becomes noisy with some buzz on it. The only way to get a clean sound back is to shut off and on my axe fx.
Do you have any idea of where this comes from ?

You will need to provide a lot more information:
What computer, full specs?
What interface?
What DAW?
Guitar used?
Could be a word-clock issue, check there first.

Thanks for the reply.
My computer is a PC win 7. I've got to check for the specs.
I'm using a RME fireface 400 (not going through it when reamping)
DAW is Sonar 8
It's the same with any guitar (ESP, Jackson, Gibson...)
Got to check with the world-clock but I don't really know what world clock is so I don't know where to start...
