Raising volume over time after changing from one scene to another

How do I raise volume over time after changing from one scene to another.
Example:
I'm in a "Rhythm" scene and then switch to a "Lead" scene.

What I'm looking for is a way for me to change from "Rhythm -15db Level" to "Lead -9db Level", given a curve, after I select the "Lead" scene.
I tried to use a controller to do this like this.
I'm on the "Rhythm" scene
I then select the "Lead" scene which has the controller and it slowly ramps up the volume and stays there until I switch back to the "Rhythm" scene.

I hope my question is clear.

Thank you

Isn't it doing what you want?
I would use a control switch modifier, and program it the way you said.

Maybe you can share a preset with your tests and I can help?

Preset attached

Here's the preset. I'm lookin at:
Scene 1 Dry ()
Scene 2 Lead ()

Scene 1 Dry () Amp block Level is set to -15db
Scene 2 Lead () Amp block Level is set to -9db

I made a scene controller 2. The thing is I'm not sure what I'm doing. Even after watching Youtube and reading the manual I can't figure it out and feel dumb.
I just want to switch to Scene 2 Lead () and the Amp block Level to go from -15bd to -9bd over a period of time, say in 2 seconds.

Thank you

Easiest way would be to change the "Attack" of the modifier:

But since you are just toggling between two values, I would suggest a CS (since it represents with it's on/off state those two values clearly).
I have attached a preset, using CS2 and some Attack value :)
