Question Re: Rearranging USER CABS

I'd like to completely rearrange my user cabs list but if it means one at a time I may just have to pass.

Is there a way to select cut n paste a large number (say15 or so) cabs at time in “manage cabs”?

I think you can drag and drop multiple IRs.

Just be aware that presets store the IRs you've selected by their number/location, so moving any that are in use will disconnect them from those presets.

Yes, you can shift-click or control-click to select multiple IRs and drag to an open series of slots.

As said above, you can select multiple cabs and move them around, but doing so will break the link between a preset and the cab it's pointing to.

Instead, you might want to use color highlighting to categorize cabs, then you can tell the manager to show all cabs of a given color. The links are preserved but you can also "group" your cabs according to whatever criteria the colors represent.

It works, but you have to click the “M” button, for “multiple-selection” first.

Well I tried that and it didn’t work in “manage cabs”
Aha it works in the picker
That lets me color multiple cabs but I still can’t seem to select copy and drag multiple cabs to new locations.

Disregard. I got it working. I just have to have completely empty slots for the group to go into.
