Question for the gigging folk re: merch cases/displays

Anyone got any case setups they've found really good for lugging and displaying merch? Thinking T-shirts, mugs, CDs, posters, etc.

Hoping to find a solid road-style case maybe with adjustable with dividers that doesn't take up a ridiculous amount of space but can hold a decent amount of merch.

EDIT: likely looking for something with interior dimensions in the range of 20" X 15" X 7" (similar to this, but it's not in stock!)

Can't answer directly with a typical road-style case, but thinking out loud-- search local army surplus or the bay for "military case" and cut foam inserts to taste? e.g. Deep Sqaure or suitcase style Those things are near indestructible and one can of spray paint will make them presentable.
Used DJ or turntable case may fit the bill as well?
