Question about the tuner

Hi duneman,
We basically have 2 tuners: one in the FX8 unit itself and the other in a connected laptop with the FX8 editor preloaded.
With the FX8 tuner you tune the instrument on stage, the tuner is very precise, but you won't read how many cents are missing.
The second tuner, software on the laptop, shows exactly, you can read a single cent. I recorded a quick video.
I'm not sure if this video will work for you, but this image shows the tuner in the software FX EDIT

Thanks - the video doesn't play. However, I do see what you mean. So it seems the accuracy of the tuner isn't on any spec sheet. The reason for my question is I'm trying to determine whether or not to invest in a more accurate tuner such as one of the Peterson products.

I think the accuracy is good (I don't have a specification to cite). A strobe tuner works differently than the tuner on the FX8. The Axe-FX III has a needle tuner and a strobe tuner because they are useful for different tasks.
