Question about a Liquid Foot LF+12 order from europe.

A friend of mine ordered a Liquid Foot LF+ 12 (it was in stock, and still is). Payed for it the 12th of march and he then received an email on the 14th saying that his foot controller had passed the quality control tests and it would be shipped the next day and he would get an automated email with tracking info.

Problem is he still haven't got the email.

Maybe there was a problem with the email?

Anyone?
 
Open the case on their webpage (not on forum page). I always get answer from them in max 24 hours.

Its realy worth waiting. The LF+ are amazing.
 
Hey!

I just received my LF+12+ (I am from France), I had to wait about 2 weeks on the waiting list, then I ordered and I got the email with shipping infos just the day after. It took about 10 days to arrive. So just to say that everything went alright for me, and the unit is awesome ! :)
 
I had to wait quite a while for my 12+ but Jeff responded literally within 20 minutes when I asked about the ETA. I have to agree that the 12+ is a pretty amazing controller.
