Inspired
One more for your review and critiques, Quantum Ride. Oddly enough inspired by the primary riff to Alice in Chain's "Man in the Box", this obviously goes another direction with it, but nonetheless was what I was hearing in my goofy head. The reason this is Ending One is that I had two ideas how to close it and couldn't decide, so I made one the "reprise" of sorts, a bit heavier mix. I'll include the Soundcloud link to that.
This was fun to make, contrasting distorted, clean, acoustic, etc with some straight up piano using a Roland RD-300NX. The synth is mostly a Roland JDX-i mini synth, a great synth for non-keyboard playing guitarists!
Hope I'm not overstaying my welcome, I just have some down time at the moment, so figured I'd take advantage of that.
