Putting Axe on top of guitar amp+cab dangerous?

I currently have my Axe in an SKB 6 space rack. This is on top of my Engl amp head, which is on top of my marshall cab.

Question is: since I play very loud (with guitars low tuned), are these vibrations harmful to the Axe? As you can imagine, my SKB rack rattles a bit when I hit high gain, low notes.
