Regular price is $399 for the bundle. Includes a ton of plugins (just go to the Plug & Mix singles to see all of them; it's like 3 pages of stuff). The first 5000 buyers get it at $49. Now I'm not a professional and I probably wouldn't use half of this stuff, but just having a pretty big toolbox of some fairly well reviewed plugins makes me feel warm and fuzzy.
Personally the transient shaper is probably worth the price of admission for me.
