Problem with TAP, Tuner and reveal button

When I switch on my MFC lights run out all buttons except tap,tuner and reveal and after that they stay in red color. What I must to do to resolve the problem
 
Hey, just poking my head in here to say sorry it looks like you've been ignored. I guess that question's a mystery to everyone. It is to me. My MFC goes thru all the lights, left to right, bottom to top, including the last 3 on top, then they all go off for a second, and then go to whatever state is "normal", I guess.
