Hello to everyone, I have a big problem with my MFC-101.
This is my setup:
AXE-FX II (for effects)
Diezel D-Moll amp (midified)
MFC-101 connected via Ethernet to the AXE-FX
The Axe FX is set to Midi ch 1 an Midi thru ON.
The amp is set to Midi ch 2.
My problem is the following which took me 2 evenings to find out:
The MFC doesn't send PC except to the corresponding ch the AXE-FX is set to when being in the Performance Mode with the AXE-FX mode ON. That means that the MFC switches the presets on the AXE-FX but not on the amp. So ridiculous! As soon as I switch the AXE-FX mode to NONE the MFC does send the PC on ch1 to the AXE and the PC on ch2 to the amp as it should do.
Also, when I enter the EDIT-Mode to go into the Preset Settings and change the settings for PC on ch1 and ch2, both the AXE and the amp react and switch their presets.
So, the problem is caused somehow by the AXE-FX mode.
Did anybody here experience the same issue?
By the way, the Firmware on the MFC is the latest version 3.08.
