I downloaded it but it shows a 28 k file that axe edit could not open. Is this an fx block only?

Yes this is just the wah effects block. Save It in your workspace

Thank you, works great.....saved in the effects folder of the Axe edit workspace and is available after axe edit restart as Bill's wah !
