Preset routing question

I've started to create some synth presets. Ideally, I'd like those presets to go to my PA mixer, not my guitar amp. Most other presets I'd like to go into my guitar amp (PRE mode only).

I can't figure out how to configure the routing to do this. Everything is in mono, so that should simplify things. L (Mono) currently goes into the guitar amp.
