Preset Names

I made a text file of all my preset names in Axe Edit and saved it to my commuter.

How do I get these names to show up as the preset names in MFC-Edit?

I tried the "Import Axe FX Presets" and selected the text file I’d made with Axe Edit and imported it into MFC-Edit. The name of the file showed up on the bottom right corner of MFC-Edit, but when I click on “Show Axe FX Preset list” it has a bunch of other preset names. Not the new names I thought I'd just imported.

I just figured out how to get it to work. I re-named the text file I'd made with Axe Edit exactly the same as the file that was in the "dumps" folder and deleted the old file and replaced it with the new one and it worked. I have a feeling this is not how it is suppose to work and I just got lucky.

I'm pretty sure it's documented in the manual for MFC-edit... There is a way to dump all the preset names from the Axe Fx to a text file, and then load that into the MFC.

As long as you got it working, you must be doing it right!
