Preset list not updating when 2nd unit is plugged in

I have 2 FM3 units. When I plug in the 2nd unit, in FM3 edit, I still see the preset list from the 1st unit, even though many of the presets are not on the 2nd unit.
How can I get FM3 edit to properly display the preset list that is on the 2nd unit? FM3 edit does show the correct preset in the main edit window, just the preset list is not updating

Press the refresh button in the preset list, the 2 arrows in a circle near the top right.
