Preset jump problem

I have a Mark 2 that is updated to the firmware 5.03 2017. The problem has happened a few times. I am playing guitar with my preset then it suddenly changes presets all by itself to some funky wah wah preset that came with the unit. Its frustrating because when I am playing with my band it suddenly changes to another preset without me doing it. Any ideas? Has this happened to anyone else? It worries me if I am at a gig and this happens I almost just want to retire the unit because I cant trust it unless someone has an idea how to fix it. Thanks for any help

I've never heard of that happening. I suggest contacting FAS support and seeing what they say.

I had the same issue. I went back to Firmware 5.03, but it still happened occasionally. Support thought it might be the Voes MX-5 controller I was using with it, but it would happen with or without it.
I would be interested to see if there is a fix. Solid unit, sounds great, but it locks you in that preset once it has jumped. Only way to go back is to turn the unit off and back on. Not ideal mid song...
