Preset changes on ultra to gcp

i got an ultra and I cannot not get
Gcp to change presets. Axe midi is on Ch1. Gcp is on ch1. Both are set to start at preset 1 not 0
Comp redundant is turned off
Prog change is on. The midi lights is green everytime I change gcp. I’m lost any ideas.

Also I replaced midi jack on gcp
Talk to voodoo today. Walk through gcp, they say pedal is communicating
to axe. Thinking it’s the axe settings.
