Preset Access with FC-12

Is there a way I can heel-toe the two buttons on the FC12 so that 10 presets are immediately displayed, then select one preset and automatically return to my default layout ?

Yes.

The heel-toe combination always calls up layout 9 (the master layout) -- so just edit layout 9 to be preset selection on 10 of the 12 switches. Use layout links on the preset selection switches in this view so that selecting a preset with a switch on this view automatically returns you to a default layout. Like this:



This might be annoying though since you won't be able to get to other layouts from the MLM.

You could also have a hold function set on a specific switch that takes you to your PRESETS layout. Just define that hold function consistently in every scene on the same switch and it's not too hard to remember. That keeps the MLM, and the special heel-toe combination, useful for getting to any layout from any other layout.
