Hello!
I have started to record, and am looking to do so as professional as I can.
When recording in Logic, what do I need to do to make it as easy and quick as possible to record and make songs? Signal path is Guitar->AxefxII->Focusrite Clarett2Pre->MacBook Pro (Logic).
Using balanced xlr cables.
Want to double track everything also.
New strings of course.
Disable delay and reverb, right? Better to tweak in the mix?
Should I use a compressor?
Setup at -6dB and tune for every take.
Metronome of course.
What else is important to remember before recording?
