Post Amp Drive

Post Amp Drive Block? WTH? Why not.... ;)

http://www.pacocasanovas.ch/postampdrv2.mp3 (from a little dirty to fat & smooth open sounding overdrive with the volume knob of my guitar)

A '59 bassguy followed by a Tube Driver into a PEQ and then into the Cab-Block loaded with the 4x12" South IR (from the internal IR collection) - massive Speaker Drive (approx. 8.60), much Air (72%) - very low amp gain, much drive gain ...and drive low cut at 901Hz....

...and a ducking mono delay with some modulation on it!

I love it!

It's still so much fun to dial in new tones on a Mk1 standard AxeFx after all these years.... :)

Cheers

EDIT: There is more gain on the drive block, corrected.....sorry! Patch is linked below....have fun!

Try the tape drive post amp as well....

My goal is to get the typical open sounding singing distortion from a full blow dumble type of amp out of my 1 gen AxeFx Standard without using a dumble style modeling amp patch.

here is another clip - with a vox-type front end into the tube drive - almost d-style "open sounding singing distortion" as i like it! Almost there what I'm looking for....
