Popping Noise when turning Sag on & off (is this normal?)

Just got the Ultra (loaded with 9.03).
Does anyone know if it's normal for the Axe to make a popping sound when turning the SAG from 0 to (any value). It also happens if I change from a patch with my midi pedal (if I change from a patch without SAG to a patch with SAG.
Is this normal?

This is not a bug. It just happens because sag at 0 turns off poweramp modeling. It is expected behavior.
