Pluto Flyby

Another fascinating thing about Pluto that puzzles me: how does Pluto have alpine-like mountains? Pluto is only 100.000.000 years old. Way too young for mountaints that large to form naturally.

Pluto is about as old as the rest of the solar system. 100,000,000 years is an estimated time since mountain formation.

And a bit of a legend! I remember seeing him on 'The Sky At Night' with Patrick Moore. AFAIK, he was studying for his doctorate when Queen formed.
