Made this a while ago (and, reliably forgot to post it here!) as I couldn't find anything similar online.
Don't know if it's going to be of use to anyone but I figure I can't be the only one who needs it.
If you use different models on the Pitch block's different X and Y channels it may be useful to know what controllers are shared across the different models:
