Periphery show last night was doubleplusgood

I wanted to see them the last time they were in my state, but they were in a tiny club and my experience with metal in clubs/small theaters has been extremely poor. I figured they'd do the typical macho metal thing and prefer volume over sound quality or their audience's comfort (if I have to wear earplugs, then the concert is a failure IMO).

But if that's not the case, then I will try to catch them the next time they play here. Have been spinning The Way the News Goes and Remain Indoors a lot lately. Definitely a bunch of talented guys.
 
I just heard Periphery on Penguin Aardschok (internet radio metal channel)
I hear something and read it's Periphery "Absolomb" great way to discover bands!
