PC not detecting AxeFx 2 after power surge.

Hey everyone. Pretty sure this is likely a hardware issue that i'll have to send off, but I would like to at least try my hand here first.....

Long story short, power went out at my house and shorted quite a few things. Looks like it almost shorted the AxeFx at first power up but the 2nd power up worked, yet the USB seems to not be working, due to my PC not detecting my AxeFX at all. I've tried reinstalled the driver as well.
 
Might not be the Axe, might be the PC or both.
Have you tried --
Plugging Axe into another computer? If it shows up in device manager install the drivers. Does everything look normal after that? Can you use it as a audio interface just play some MP3's. If so Axe is most likely fine.

The computer- do other USB devices work fine on the port that the Axe is usually plugged into?
Have you tried a different USB cable (just for the hell of it?) (different ports on the computer?)
