patching to the left on grid (spin)?

Hey guys. just wondering if you can loop signals back to the top of the grid for delay 'spin' 'repeat' and 'feedback' purposes (using wiring on the grid). I imagine the effects loop blocks can be used to do the same thing, with the effects out patched to effects in, but i thought i'd check and see if there is a better way to do patches that incorporate feedback signals.

The Send/Return blocks allow for creative "feedback" routing on the Axe Fx II and III.
