part for Ultra

Hello
I am looking for two parts for my Ultra. contacted Fractal service department and was told they don't carry parts or service this unit anymore. I need the main Encoder and a Input Jack for the front panel
are there any places where I can find these parts?

Input jack should be easier to find (I guess). But, hasnt also the ULTRA an input jack on the back? Easier to use that if so.

Of course all this comes with some electronic works (semi skilled I assume). Desolder, re-solder etc etc
