The goal was met in 2-3 days, and from all I can see was done so due to the overwhelming amount of generosity of the members of this forum, and not because of a couple of extra files that were thrown in.
...
I feel just as strongly to being fair to those that did buy early to get it as I do that those that didn't get in fast enough not getting as many files
With all respect, these two don't make sense together.
If it was "not because of a couple of extra files that were thrown in", then why would they care if you keep the extra files in?
The question:
Who will be more disappointed: The ones, who bought it early and didn't care for the extra files anyway or the ones who bought it later and found out they didn't get the same for the $100?

IMO, if only one would care, that would be enough. It would set a precedence of Kevin not always keeping his word.If it was "not because of a couple of extra files that were thrown in", then why would they care if you keep the extra files in?
I'd still offer the extra cabs for any tier 3 buyer, because I agree with you. I was going to buy in but I didn't get pay pal up in time, now the motivation is gone.
This is how kickstarter works. You get in early to guarantee of your spot for either early or cheaper than the regular buyers. After kickstarter is funded, you are forced to pay the regular price with no added bonus (depending on the seller, I guess)
Just curious -- what is the name of the 'bonus' folder? Just wondering if I have them or not in my jump starter zip. Either way, I'm looking forward to the new v2 sets whenever they are released.
TT
booooh !As it stands the Mesa V32 will be the second library to get updated, I'm thinking/hoping it will be out before Christmas. The first one will take a little longer due to all the new unknowns that need to be ironed out, but after that every library should take about a month to do each, I think.
