Just purchased and I think these ones are killer! I'll upload a couple of clips in a few mins made with the AxeFX.

Thanks Ownhammer!

Does the frequency discount apply to cab already purchesed. I grabbed the 2 mesa cab before the propper store went live. No biggie, just asking :)

Hey Spence,

Thanks for the compliments and the clips, sounds great! This library should be right at home for a lot of clean to overdriven Marshall tones for sure.

As per purchases made prior to the frequency discount, look through your email used in the PayPal transaction on or around December 14th. That day I sent emails to everybody who purchased before the new storefront was implemented and made it up to them in what I deemed to be appropriate/fair/reasonable/etc. I manually handled any bounce backs I got, so if it didn't hit your inbox I wasn't made aware of it. I'd check your junk folder in case it was filtered there if you don't see it. In either case let me know if you got it, if not I can send it to you again either by email or by PM!

I just PM'd you as I didn't want to distract people from your cracking IRs.

Nice. I like to hear the IRs you had before.

Thanks man. Do you want clips or just to know which ones I used before? If the latter then I was using the stock v30 4x12 and german 4x12 in 2 parallel mono hi-res cabs. The Ownhammer clips above were made with a single mono hi-res cab.

Cheers

in further releases i would like to have ambient mics like back of cab and room mics. i miss too some more mic distances and i would love some more mics (d6,i5, r121...and so on). there are no clear documentation about the mic distances. i would like to see this direct in the name of the file. the ir's are good sounding, but this are things i miss on it.

Surely if they sound good then they sound good ;)

I really enjoy the simplicity of the Ownhammer cabs, I seemed to get bogged down in the Redwirez as there are so many combinations, my ears get lost when auditioning and when I come back to it the cabs I tried the previous day now sound like crap (this is just me in general). With RW and because you know so much about each IR I found myself only trying combinations that I would have used in the 'real world' and staying clear of everything else. I realise that both of these things are limitations of my brain/ears but I do love simple.

hi Spence

The clips sound buzzzing mate, bought them yesterday, just working alot cannot try them until weekend

Thanks! I think..... Is buzzzing a good thing? I'm not down with you hip kids ;)

The IRs are great my clip was using the sm57 pos 3 IR and I backed the presence on the amp block down to about -3 or so then messed from there :)

Dunno. Usually when I hear something buzzing I go check my frets.

Yep - awesome IRs!
The Mesa 1 is still my fave. I use it in 8/10 user slots with different mic combinations. Sounds perfect!
Can't wait for more OwnHammer IRs!

Hi Spence, looking forward to see your patches too. Great recordings. Still using the old blocking PEQ with the ownhammers?
