Most devices can't run the stereo files properly, including Fractal, so use the mono files. This seemed to confuse a lot of people when these first came out. I usually just use the L channel. Fractal only runs at 48khz, so use those.
The regular folders just labeled "mixes/mics" with no name next to them is the standard voicing. The others are just different voicings. The summary folder just has a neutral example of each voicing, so you can try to get an idea of which one you like. It's probably easiest to just start with the standard voicing mixes and go from there. There should be a docs folder with a PDF that describes the mixes and the voicings.
