Output audio stops when changing MIDI parameters

I was playing around with my MFC - trying to get it to work with my Axe3. Several times I noticed that output audio completely stopped. I had to reboot my Axe3 to restore audio output again. I didn't note down if it was tied to any specific MIDI parameter change. Possible bug?

“Playing around” might be sending a specific message to turn off the audio. What messages are being sent? What is setup in the Axe Setup>MIDI commands?

Probably not a bug.

I had a similar problem when I had my MFC, but the audio came back when selecting a different preset and back. No idea why. Was not a big deal for me, so I didn't dig into the problem

You probably sent a command to mute the audio. "Playing around" will do that kind of thing.
