Please also attach your "System + FC" settings dump from Fractal-Bot and we'll take a look when we have a chance.

After you create and upload the backup, please also try resetting your system parameters (HOME -> SETUP -> Utilities -> Reset page).

I had to the same problem when I updated to 3.02 from version 2 and doing a system reset worked worked but now my FC-6 is blank, nothing in the windows above the foot switches. previously I was using the OMG9 set up. Will I have to go and set that all back up again?

got it all sorted out I had to reload the OMG9 file and reset the parameters per Cooper Carter's YouTube video.

Not necessary these days. That's now all built-in and automated.
