Fixed Out 1 Volume increment bug

It behaves very strange:
I set Morningstar MC6 to send midi CC 99( value 127),
Assign CC 99 to Out 1 volume increment,

Now when i press the button the volume of the scene changes to 1.50 db, next time i press it it changes to 1.54 db and then it does nothing else no matter how much i press it.

Assigning out 1 vol decrement in the similar way just different CC message- does not do anything at all.

We can reproduce this bug and we will get it fixed for the next release.
