Fixed OSX: Blocks Window Closes Immediately

Hello Folks;

In the latest version of Axe Edit, running on OSX, there is a bug where the Block Library pop up window closes as soon as it is opened. This only happens if there are enough blocks that the popup window is produced rather than the drop down menu.

Here's how to reproduce the issue:
1. Open Axe Edit
2. Drop any block on the grid for which you've enough saved block definitions that the popup window is produced, rather than the dropdown menu
3. Click on the Block Library drop down
4. When the Block Library pop up window appears, it closes immediately

I can confirm this behavior. However, I only experience this in the CAB block. All other block (and channel) libraries open up correctly for any of the other blocks being edited.

In total, 1,000 blocks.

The folder with the largest number of blocks as 154 blocks in it.
