On the Passing of our Co-Worker Charlie Vessey

Wow so sad to see this. Met Charlie one time when I came to the shop to buy an MFC. Prayers to friends and family.

I'm broken hearten. Loved the guy. He was over and above helpful and we became friends and id keep up with him on Facebook. Lord comfort his family. What a wonderful man.

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of our friend and co-worker Charlie Vessey on January 31. Charlie had been with us as a repair technician since 2012, but he was so much more. He was a wonderful co-worker with a great sense of humor and the ability to bring people together. Those of us who knew him well will remember his wisdom and his kindness. As a fan of heavy music, Charlie would also often work "in the trenches" before live shows. In doing so, he became close friends with some of our most celebrated endorsers, and we always knew we could count on him to be a great representatives with these high profile clients. His skill, his caring, his ethics, and the way he always wanted "to do what's best for the company" helped to define the high standards that we all try to uphold every day. If you knew Charlie, you'll know what a personal and professional loss this is for us all. He will be missed.
So sorry to hear. Prayers andblessings❤️

I am so sorry to learn this. A year ago I drove up to Fractal from Massachusetts for a small repair to my XL+ and Charlie expertly, patiently worked on it. We chatted as he worked and he was a genuine, down to earth guy. My condolences to his family and friends.

Just saw this, I had the pleasure of working with Charlie over the years. He was always great to work with and a pleasure to talk to. He will be missed.

Very sorry for your loss. Some friends & co-workers become like family. Sounds like Charlie was one of those people.

Sorry to hear this. My family business lost one of our sales guys a couple of days after Christmas. He had been with us for 30+ years. He was definitely like family to us. My condolences to Charlie's family and the FAS family.

That’s sad. He was so patient with all my frustration when troubleshooting my MFC & XL over videos and calls. I’m sure his family will miss him dearly.
